What Money Radar is — and is not

Money Radar is a private information and alerting service. We collect publicly available information about class-action settlements, sweepstakes, and product recalls; match it against a profile you provide; and alert you to deadlines. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and we are not affiliated with any court, government agency, company named in any settlement, or any settlement administrator.

Filing claims is always free

Every claim can be filed free of charge on the official settlement website linked from our directory. Our fees — for Radar Pro and the Done-For-You Pack — pay for matching, alerting, organizational tools, and filing assistance. We never charge a percentage of any settlement, award, or recovered property, and we never enter into “finder” agreements. For money held by state unclaimed-property programs, our service is alert-and-information only; we will direct you to your state's official free claim process.

No guarantees

A “match” means a settlement appears plausibly relevant to your profile. Eligibility is determined solely by each settlement's administrator under court supervision, payment amounts depend on the number of valid claims and court approval, and many settlements pay months after their deadlines. We do not guarantee that you qualify for any settlement or will receive any payment.

Accuracy

Deadlines and terms are set by courts and administrators and can change. We verify listings against official sources, but the official settlement website is always the final authority. Check it before you file.

Subscriptions and billing (Radar Pro)

• All material terms — price, billing interval, and renewal — are disclosed clearly before you provide billing information, and we obtain your express consent before charging you.
• Pro is $15/month or $79/year, billed through Whop (our checkout and subscription provider) and renewing automatically at the same price until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your membership anytime from your Whop account, as well as by contacting us. We email a reminder before each annual renewal.
• Founding-member price lock: members who join at the $15/$79 founding prices keep those prices for as long as their membership stays active — if the public price ever rises, yours doesn't.
• Cancel anytime online in your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and there is no cancellation fee or phone call required.
• The Done-For-You Pack is a one-time flat fee of $39. It is never a percentage of any recovery.

Your profile and privacy

• We collect your name, email, and eligibility-profile answers so we can match you to settlements and send your alerts. Quiz answers are stored in your browser until you submit them with a signup.
• We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run Money Radar (for example, our email and payment processors), and only for that purpose.
• Marketing emails always include an unsubscribe link. Transactional deadline alerts you asked for can be turned off in your account at any time.
• You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing mitchell@msecomllc.com.

Referral program

When someone you refer becomes a paying Radar Pro member, you and your referral each receive one free month of Pro, applied as a service credit. Credits have no cash value and referral terms can change with notice.
